These Terms set out the conditions for using the voice service "KOE" (the "Service") provided by Enabler Inc. (the "Company").
Registration is done by email verification. Keep your registration information accurate and do not let third parties use your account.
Recordings and voiceprints registered with the Service include biometric information that may constitute a personal identifier. The Company handles them only with the individual's consent, for the following purposes: (1) synthesis and playback of that voice, (2) provision of the Service and provision to third parties (users, AI agents, etc.), and (3) revenue distribution based on usage. The individual may withdraw consent at any time and request deletion of their voice data using their deletion key (delete_token) or by contacting hello@koe.live. Registration is limited to persons aged 18 or older, or those with parental consent.
The free plan has monthly usage limits. The Pro plan is a paid subscription that renews automatically monthly or annually. Prices are shown on the sign-up screen (tax included).
You may cancel at any time; billing stops from the next renewal. Pro-rated refunds are generally not provided.
The Service is provided "as is." The Company does not warrant the accuracy or availability of generated results, and is not liable for damages arising from use, except in cases of its intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Distribution based on voice usage arises per paid use by a third party, and no distribution arises if there is no usage. For usage through teai.io, 80% of the payment is credited to your teai account; you may request a withdrawal from a minimum of 3,000 credits (equivalent to ¥500), and payment is made within approximately 30 days of the request. Cash conversion of usage directly on koe.live (ASH) is planned for a future phase. Distribution amounts vary with usage, and the Company does not guarantee revenue.
* This section follows Article 5-2 of the teai.io Terms of Service. That article is currently a draft pending legal review, and its content (including the distribution rate, minimum withdrawal amount, and payment timing) may change in the final version. The figures in this section (distribution rate 80%, minimum withdrawal 3,000 credits = equivalent to ¥500, payment timing within approximately 30 days) are kept consistent with the corresponding provision of teai.io. Changes will be announced in accordance with Section 8 (Changes; Governing Law) of these Terms.
The user represents and warrants that, now and in the future, the user does not fall under any of the following: organized crime groups, members of such groups, persons for whom less than five years have passed since ceasing to be a member, quasi-members of such groups, companies affiliated with such groups, corporate racketeers, groups advocating social movements by force, special intelligence violent groups, or any similar parties ("Anti-Social Forces"), and that the user has none of the following relationships with Anti-Social Forces.
If the user violates the preceding paragraph, the Company may immediately suspend or terminate the user's use of the Service without any notice, and the Company is not liable for damages incurred by the user as a result.
Even if any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by law or a court, the remaining provisions and the remaining parts of such provision shall continue to remain in effect.
These Terms may be revised as necessary. They are governed by the laws of Japan, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
